Refund and Returns Policy
At TeamWT, we strive to ensure that every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms carefully to understand how our process works.
Eligibility for Returns
- Timeframe: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were delivered.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required to initiate a return.
- Customized Products: Personalized or customized items (e.g., engraved bats) are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer support team at support@teamwtc.com with your order details and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the item(s).
- Ship the product back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please include the RMA number clearly on the package.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days.
Refund Process
Once your return is approved and processed, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take an additional 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Used cricket gloves, helmets, or pads.
- Items without proper packaging or documentation.
- Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless defective).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us immediately within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping fees. To expedite the process, please provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your claim.
